Attention Vitagene Customers

Vitagene has discontinued its product line. Please read below for answers to questions you may have on previously purchased products.

Please be aware that we do not provide permanent and indefinite storage - the usual expectation is about 12 months.
Login at https://vitagene.app.1health.io using your email address.  If this is the first time you’ve used the link, you will need to click “forgot password” to set a new password.

Once you’ve logged in:

  • Click on "Personal" on the left - the menu will expand.
  • Then click "Medical Records" on the left.
  • Now look in the grid and click on "View Results".
  • On the next screen - about midway down in the center you will see TABs for "GENETIC_TRAITS" and "ANCESTRY"
  • On the right there is a "Download My DNA file" link, where you can retrieve the raw data that the lab provided as the result from your test.

Vitagene has made updates to the report over time, so what you see now may be different from what you have seen in the past. Genetic reporting can change when new science becomes available and the interpretation of studies gets revisited.

The cheek-swab DNA test analyzes 52 gene variants that are scientifically proven to impact nutrient needs. The report will show you information about the genes you have, generally referred to as SNPs.For additional help interpreting your results, it is recommended that you seek out a genetic counselor certified in your area.

The following policy applies for purchases made through Vitagene.com.
If you purchased your Vitagene kit at Amazon or another authorized retailer, please speak with a representative from the original place of purchase, Vitagene is unable to process refunds for these purchases.
Kits purchased through any unauthorized reseller are not eligible for any refund, cancellation or replacement.
All test kits must have been registered and returned to the lab within 5 months of purchase. Any samples that arrived at the lab after this time will not be processed and are not eligible for a refund. We are unable to provide a refund due to expiration. For any additional questions, or to request a refund for a product you have purchased in the last five months from vitagene.com please email: support@vitagene.com.
